Some companies use outside contractors for their installation work, but not here at Bjorn’s. Every installer who goes into one of our customers’ homes is a Bjorn’s employee. Why is that so important?

Well, for one, that’s our way of ensuring each and every job we do is done to meet Bjorn’s high expectations of quality and accuracy. Of course, mistakes sometimes happen – but when they do, it’s our fault, and we know how to take care of it properly and quickly. There’s no finger pointing or shifting of the blame like you can have when one company hires another to do the install work.

We don’t know about you, but the thought of strangers walking around with tools in our home makes us kind of uneasy. That’s another reason why it’s better to deal with a Bjorn’s-employed installer. We know exactly who is coming into your home; and you’ll know exactly who, too, because our installers will always show up in a marked Bjorn’s vehicle and be wearing Bjorn’s installation uniforms.
