Thank Goodness For Flat-Panel TV's!

Unless you’ve spent a lot of time hauling 300-pound 60-inch rear-projection big screens around, you can’t really appreciate just how happy we are that flat-panel TVs have become so popular.

(We’re also thankful Bjorn’s doesn’t sell refrigerators and washers.) But even though much of the audio, video, and home entertainment equipment we sell has gotten a little lighter over the last few years, many of our customers still don’t want to do the heavy lifting and lug a receiver, subwoofer, and 50-inch LCD TV out to the car and then into the living room.

Small Fees, Big Service!

For a small fee, we can deliver just about anything you buy at Bjorn’s within a 15 mile radius of the store. If you live further away, like El Paso, we’ll probably have to charge a little extra for the delivery.

Why don’t we offer free delivery like some stores do?

Well, one big reason is that the folks who deliver the audio, video, and home theater equipment that you buy at Bjorn’s are Bjorn’s employees – not some outside contracted service that has little loyalty to you as a customer. Every Bjorn’s employee is trained from day one that the customer – that’s you – is the one who keeps us in business; and each customer should be treated just like Bjorn would treat them. While we think that makes for better customer service, unfortunately it costs us more than hiring an outside company. We think it’s definitely worth it.
