Let's face it -- stuff happens.
Things break – sometimes just days after the warranty has expired.
And it’s so frustrating to unhook what once was a wonderful DVD player (but is now something that sounds like it has a spinning banshee inside) and bring it to an impersonal service center where you’re just another face in the crowd waiting to be helped. Or worse, you have to box up the player (after you find a box that’ll fit) and ship it somewhere far away, hoping it’ll be fixed and then not damaged on the return trip.
But wait!
That’s not what happens at Bjorn’s!
No, we’re not going to tell you the gear we sell never breaks – although we do try to select brands that have a reputation for being reliable. What we do want to say is that at Bjorn’s we have our own in-house service department staffed by Bjorn’s own service technicians. If you’re not picking your jaw up off the floor, you should be because very few other electronic stores in the country have an in-house service department.
What does that mean for you?
Well, first, it means if something you buy from us breaks, we have to deal with you when it does.
And since you already know us and we already know you, we’re going to go to bat for you with the manufacturer whenever we can when it comes to those tricky “one day out of warranty” issues. We can’t tell you that we’ll always win, but since you’re our customer we’re darn sure more willing to try than some other more impersonal service center.
